Rick Ramos has been a gym owner for 18 years. All of his coaches are USA Boxing certified for the safety of our clients. All classes are designed for both beginners and experienced clients alike. All fitness goals can be met with our classes or personal training. If your goals are just to lose weight or start competing - we can help!
